How to make it

  • Heat the oven to 365°F
  • Put the trout fillets in a oven safe container, drizzle the lime juice over it and season with salt and pepper.
  • salve the mango chutney over the fillets and sprinkle the nuts over it.
  • Bake for 10-15 minuets.
  • Take it out of the oven and sprinkle the coriander over it.
  • Serve with salat and cuscus.

    Mango chutney on fresh caught trout is a perfect for a summer meal. This could be easily made on the grill in a foil pack.
