- (please excuse my english) shopping list
- trout for aprox. 4 persons shopping list
- juice from 1 lime shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 0,4 cup of mango chutney shopping list
- 3 tbls of pistache nuts, cut shopping list
- fresh coriander, cut shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 365°F
- Put the trout fillets in a oven safe container, drizzle the lime juice over it and season with salt and pepper.
- salve the mango chutney over the fillets and sprinkle the nuts over it.
- Bake for 10-15 minuets.
- Take it out of the oven and sprinkle the coriander over it.
- Serve with salat and cuscus.
