Ingredients
  • 1 pound macaroni, gf, cooked, elbow
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Shot
  • 1 tablespoon Crazy Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes, do not drain
  • 1 can tomato soup, use Heinz English for gf
  • 8 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, cubed, 1/2"

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, pour into a casserole dish. Use two if you wish and freeze one for later. Bake at 400 until browned nicely and bubbly.

This sounds really good. There are so many great tasting GF noodles out there - my husband who is Italian and put his nose up to GF foods even loves them. I did find the soup at Wegman's - thanks!
