Gluten Free Mac Ground Beef and Tomato Casserole

- 1 pound macaroni, gf, cooked, elbow shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Hot Shot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Crazy salt shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 large green pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, diced shopping list
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, do not drain shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup, use Heinz English for gf shopping list
- 8 ounces fresh spinach, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, cubed, 1/2" shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, pour into a casserole dish. Use two if you wish and freeze one for later. Bake at 400 until browned nicely and bubbly.

This sounds really good. There are so many great tasting GF noodles out there - my husband who is Italian and put his nose up to GF foods even loves them. I did find the soup at Wegman's - thanks!
