Turkey Melt

an easy sandwich to make quick for lunch or dinner, for as many people as necessary! I like to make sort of an openfaced sandwich but it certainly can be put together as a regular sandwich as well
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread shopping list
- 4 slices turkey shopping list
- 2 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 tomato, sliced shopping list
- honey mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Spread honey mustard on bread as desired(if preferred, honey mustard may be drizzled on top after sandwich is done)
- Place two slices of turkey on top of one slice of bread
- Place slice of tomato on top of turkey
- Put slices of avocado on top of tomato
- Top with one slice of swiss cheese
- Broil a few minutes until edges of bread are toasty and cheese is melted
