  • Do not add salt to this Recipe

  • Cook frozen mixed vegetable in the can and half of water, add vegetables and water
  • You may add or subtract liquid depending on how thick you like your chowder, use milk or water.
  • No extra seasoning needed.
  • Saute Onion and combine all ingredients
  • .
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with one tablespoon margarine or butter in bottom of bowl and your choice of crackers………
  • Very Rich and Good!!!!!
