This little cake is so simple and the perfect thing to satisfy chocolate craving.

Ingredients
  • 2 5/8 teaspoons flour
  • 3/8 teaspoons cornstarch
  • (flour and corn starch may be substituted with 4 tablespoons of cake flour)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Some ice cream or whipped cream (optional)

Directions
  1. In a microwave safe cereal bowl mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar and cocoa together using a metal spoon.
  2. Add the egg then mix well.
  3. Pour in the oil then milk, mix until everything is completely combined
  4. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (1000watt)
  5. Let sit for 1 minute in microwave
  6. Take out of microwave, let sit for a few minutes
  7. Dump onto a plate and add a scoop or two of ice cream, and/or whipped cream
