10 Minute Personal Chocolate Cake

This little cake is so simple and the perfect thing to satisfy chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 2 5/8 teaspoons flour shopping list
- 3/8 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- (flour and corn starch may be substituted with 4 tablespoons of cake flour) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- Some ice cream or whipped cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a microwave safe cereal bowl mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar and cocoa together using a metal spoon.
- Add the egg then mix well.
- Pour in the oil then milk, mix until everything is completely combined
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (1000watt)
- Let sit for 1 minute in microwave
- Take out of microwave, let sit for a few minutes
- Dump onto a plate and add a scoop or two of ice cream, and/or whipped cream
