Very sweet. i v seen some recipes dont add sugar syrup on it well i never tried it without sugar syrup for me if it sticky and sweety it is the best just when you eat it dont think about diet : ))

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup semolina
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 ts baking powder
  • thick sugar syrup

Directions
  1. Put coconut and flour and semolina and baking powder together
  2. soften the butter on the stove
  3. take it off the stove then add milk and sugar then put it back on stove till sugar melt then take it off stove
  4. add the coconut and flour to it and combine them to make a dough
  5. spread it on greased sheet
  6. bake it for about 20 to 30 mints in (180 deg) heated oven (until the top is little red) if it not red turn the grill with carefully watch to not burn it
  7. take it out the oven and add the thick sugar syrup on it and let to cool
  8. garnish with pistachio
