Ingredients
  • 4 peaches, halved
  • 1/4 c crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 tsp honey

Directions
  1. Heat gril.
  2. Grill peaches, flesh side down, covered, over medium heat or coal for 6-8 mins, or till tender
  3. Serve peaches sprinkled with cheese, and drizzled with honey.
