Mandarin Punch Non-alcoholic Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon bark
  • 24 whole colves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tsp chopped candied ginger
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3 drops spearmint oil (or flavour)
  • 1 bunch green fresh mint, finely chopped

Directions
  1. Cook sugar, cloves, cinnamon and water for 10 minutes
  2. Let cool
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. Fill a glass with ice, and cold soda water
  5. Add punch syrup to taste
  6. Or in a punch bowl, add syrup, and then dilute to taste with cold soda water
