How to make it

  • Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan
  • Drain roasted peppers very well
  • Place one package of rolls in bottom of pan and pinch together to make one solid piece
  • Top with layers of ham, swiss, salami, provolone, pepperoni, peppers and mozzarella.
  • Beat eggs and grated cheese together
  • Spread 2/3 egg mixture over mozzarella in pan.
  • Place second package of rolls on top and pinch together
  • Brush remaining egg mixture over top of rolls
  • Cover with foil
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  • Remove foil
  • Bake another 20 minutes
  • Can be served warm or cold
