Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 1/4 lb sliced ham
  • 1/4 lb swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb genoa salami
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (15 oz) jar sweet roasted pepper
  • 8 oz bag shredded mozzarella
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated romano/parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan
  2. Drain roasted peppers very well
  3. Place one package of rolls in bottom of pan and pinch together to make one solid piece
  4. Top with layers of ham, swiss, salami, provolone, pepperoni, peppers and mozzarella.
  5. Beat eggs and grated cheese together
  6. Spread 2/3 egg mixture over mozzarella in pan.
  7. Place second package of rolls on top and pinch together
  8. Brush remaining egg mixture over top of rolls
  9. Cover with foil
  10. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  11. Remove foil
  12. Bake another 20 minutes
  13. Can be served warm or cold

Alterations


The second package of crescent rolls can be rolled (pressed) out on a sheet of wax paper until it is the proper size as the top crust. Last time the aluminum foil stuck to top crust slightly so don't press it down. This recipe is always a hit with everyone and is worth the time it takes to make.
