Ingredients
  • Sugar
  • Kool-aid
  • Citrus fruit that would compliment the drink

Directions
  1. This is more of a fun technique rather then a true recipe.
  2. When rimming a glass take a piece of citrus fruit that works well with ones drink.
  3. Rub this around the rim of your glass to moisten
  4. Place Sugar in a saucer
  5. ADD KOOL-AID (the flavour determines the color) and mix with sugar
  6. Stuff glass down in sugar Kool-aid mix,
  7. Kool-aid will melt, making your sugar/salt rimmer colored!!
  8. Use Lemon/Lime (green) and salt for Margarita's
  9. Use Cherry or Strawberry (red) for many tropical drinks
  10. Etc...
  11. Super easy, and has many guests scratching their heads. As they will suspect you used FOOD COLOR.. (just shrug your shoulders and say... -could be....)
  12. Note: Food color wont work.. as its NOT dry when added to the sugar, and it all turns sloppy.... Makes a big mess. ..
  13. Note: Some drinks use Nutmeg, chocolate or cinnamon instead of Kool-aid adding a stong flavour. (which kool-aid does not)
