Cucumber Shrimp Spread

A wonderful spread that is a great appetizer that goes well at any kind party or just when you have some friends over. Also makes a wonderful dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked, peeled, and diced shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve with crackers

This sounds wonderful and something I'll have fun serving at a tea party! Our garden club has them every now and then and its my turn to bring the cucumber 'sandwiches' next time. I think I'll bring this instead! Cheers! -Laura ;D
