Just an easy, but special, breakfast/brunch recipe.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions
  1. Beat eggs with whisk.
  2. Mix in everything else.
  3. Heat 8 in. skillet.
  4. Pour in thin layer of batter and spread to edges.
  5. Cook until top appears dry, flip and cook another 2 min. or until golden.
  6. Serve with butter and jam or syrup or fruit.

I'm a Swedish pancake junkie - my favorite way to eat them is spread with Nutella and rolled around a banana. Thank you for giving me a new recipe to try it on!!
