Grilled Tequila Pineapple Recipe
either o.j or tequila, makes for a great grilled fruit dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices, or canned pineapple slices, drained
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) tequila or orange juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar

Directions
  1. Marinate the pineapple slices in the tequila for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place on a grill directly over hot coals and grill for about 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve immediately.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
