Easiest Ever Pulled Chicken Recipe
This tangy sauced pulled chicken is so easy to make when it cooks in your slow cooker all day.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 28 oz cans tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Method
  2. Brown chicken breasts in hot oil and place in crock-pot. Add all other ingredients to crock-pot. Cook on high for one hour then reduce to low heat for 4-5 hours. Cool chicken then pull apart with two forks.
  3. Notes: This can also be done with beef or pork.
