How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine first 4 ingredients; add mango & lime juice. Stir well & spoon into pastry shell. Top with second pastry crust, crimp well & cut several slits in top of pastry.Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees F. & continue to bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a skewer or knife inserted through one of slits shows the fruit to be completely tender. Cool on pie-rack & serve topped with whipped cream.
