Tuna Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wash the spinach leaves and put them in a big bowl.
  • Add the tuna, sweet corn (liquid removed)
  • Add the cheese cut in dices and tomatoes cut in quarters (if cherry tomatoes, cut them in halfs)
  • Add salt, vinegar and olive oil (necessarily in this order)
  • Add pepper if you like
  • You can also add raisins and avocado, very mediterranean ;)

    Every thing I want in a salad yum,some Pita bread and hummus, on the side, a glass of wine and we have a pick nick lunch.
