Ingredients

1 can of white tuna

1 bag of fresh spinach leaves

1 can of sweet corn

White cheese (can be substituted by cheddar)

2 fresh tomatoes (or a tray of cherry tomatoes)

Olive oil

Vinegar

Salt & Pepper

Directions

Wash the spinach leaves and put them in a big bowl.

Add the tuna, sweet corn (liquid removed)

Add the cheese cut in dices and tomatoes cut in quarters (if cherry tomatoes, cut them in halfs)

Add salt, vinegar and olive oil (necessarily in this order)

Add pepper if you like

You can also add raisins and avocado, very mediterranean ;)
