How to make it

  • Remove membrane from back of ribs, cut into 3 rib portions
  • Rub each portion with liquid smoke- set aside
  • Melt marmalade or preserves in the microwave
  • Add hot sauce and BBQ sauce-stir until blended
  • Coat all of the ribs with the sauce mixture
  • Place in slow cooker
  • Cook on low 8 hours or until tender and falling off the bone.
  • ** I like to make extra sauce to baste on after they are done. I like them SAUCY!
