How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly grease muffin pan
  • Batter: In a large bowl mix cake mix, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar. Beat on med. For 3 mins.
  • Crust: Combined graham crackers ½ cup sugar and melted butter in small bowl.
  • Filling: Beat together all ingredients until smooth.
  • Divide half of the graham mixture among the 12 muffin cups. Lightly press into bottom. Fill cups all the way with the batter. Place 1 tsp. Preserves on top. Gently Cut into batter.
  • With the back of a spoon dipped in water to prevent sticking make indent in batter. Put a dollop of cream cheese misture over the top of the muffin sprinkle remaining graham on top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 mins. Let cool 10 mins.
