Filet of Sole With Tartar Sauce

- 1 pound sole filets, cut in serving size pieces shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon slat shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion finely chopped shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley snipped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons pimento chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine all ingredients for sauce then set in refrigerator to blend flavors.
- Arrange filets in an ungreased baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix butter, lemon juice and onion together and drizzle over fish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes then serve with tartar sauce.
