Super-quick Easy Ice Cream Recipe

I tried this recipe yesterday, and it was so easy, quick, and fun!! Best of all, the ice cream was absolutely delicious. You will ♥ this recipe, I promise!! Prep:7m Servings:1	Redfish9111

Ingredients

1 cup half-and-half

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

4 cups coarsely chopped ice cubes (I didn't measure but just guesstimated)

3/4 cup salt (I didn't have but 1/2 cup, and it still worked fine)

Directions

In a small Ziploc sandwich bag, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Press out the air and seal.

In a large bag, combine ice and salt; Add the small sealed bag. Seal the large bag and place in another large bag and seal.

Shake and knead the bag for 5-7 minutes (I did 7), or until the cream mixture is the consistency of ice cream.

Serve ASAP or freeze.
