Super-Quick Easy Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup half-and-half shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 cups coarsely chopped ice cubes (I didn't measure but just guesstimated) shopping list
- 3/4 cup salt (I didn't have but 1/2 cup, and it still worked fine) shopping list
How to make it
- In a small Ziploc sandwich bag, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Press out the air and seal.
- In a large bag, combine ice and salt; Add the small sealed bag. Seal the large bag and place in another large bag and seal.
- Shake and knead the bag for 5-7 minutes (I did 7), or until the cream mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
- Serve ASAP or freeze.
- Enjoy!!
