How to make it

  • In a small Ziploc sandwich bag, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Press out the air and seal.
  • In a large bag, combine ice and salt; Add the small sealed bag. Seal the large bag and place in another large bag and seal.
  • Shake and knead the bag for 5-7 minutes (I did 7), or until the cream mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
  • Serve ASAP or freeze.
  • Enjoy!!

    Hey!!! I just posted this the other day!!!!! LOL That's okay...there are so many repeat recipes on this site.
    It IS fun though, isn't? The ice cream, I mean.
