Tailgate Sausage Bean Casserole

- 1 10 ounce package lima beans, fordhook, frozen shopping list
- 3 16 ounce cans baked beans with pork and tomato sauce shopping list
- 3 16 ounce cans kidney beans shopping list
- 1 pound italian sausage, sweet variety shopping list
- 1/2 pound ham, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400. Brown sausage and cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Mix with rest of ingredients and pour into large casserole and bake 1 hour.
- Serve with a good green salad and cornbread.

This recipe rocks! I used 2 Tbsp. stoneground mustard instead of dry mustard and added a bottle of beer.
