How to make it

  • For the sauce, in a saucepan, melt butter. Saute green onions for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in curry powder and chili powder. Cook stirring, for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add vinegar, ketchup, tomato juice, tarragon, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Combine ground beef, cold water, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Using a 2 ounce ice cream scoop, portion out beef and shape into patties.
  • Grill 3 minutes on one side. Turn and grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve on rolls with ketchup, mustard, pickle slices and spicy sauce.

    These sound really good. When I saw sliders at first I thought oyster sliders and I don't like oysters that way, but than I thought lets take a closer look at the recipe and clicked. Boy I'm glad that I did! I can't wait to try these.
