Mexican Confetti Dip

- 2 cans mexican corn (or reg. whole kernel corn) 15.5 oz size shopping list
- 1 can black eyed peas (15.5 oz) shopping list
- 1 can pinto beans (15.5 oz.) shopping list
- 1 can black beans (15.5 oz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup corn oil shopping list
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Drain all beans and corn
- Combine all beans, corn, onion and green pepper in large bowl.
- Combine sugar, corn oil, and vinegar in a smaller bowl, and blend until
- sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over bean mixture and
- refrigerate over night or longer,
- Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips
