This recipe was in my mom's recipe box. She would use white potatoes, sometimes, for a change.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. baby red potatoes halved, boiled and drained
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Seasoning Sauce

Directions
  1. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and jalapeños.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Add potatoes and seasoning sauce.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until potatoes are
  5. caramelized.
