Ingredients

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 stick butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed

12 ozs, shredded colby jack cheese

16 ozs. sour cream

1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles

1 (8 oz.) jar chopped dried beef

1 large round loaf bread, not sliced

Directions

In a large fry pan, saute onion and garlic in butter.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheese, sour cream, green chiles, and dried beef.

Cut top off bread loaf, and hollow out center, leaving a 2" shell.

Save the removed bread for bread crumbs, croutons, etc.

Put mixture in bread center, cover with bread top.

Wrap in heavy foil, and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour at 350*
