Ingredients
- 1 bag of small red potatoes or about 10 potatoes chopped into bite size cubes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 stick of butter cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp of dill
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- preheat oven to 425
- combine all ingredients (except butter in a bowl and stir to coat potatoes)
- put potatoes in a baking dish and put butter pieces on top of potatoes
- bake for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through and golden
- stir potatoes occasionally

I loved this recipe. I do roasted potatoes reasonably often but the dill really punched it up. My husband asked me what I did differently because he liked them. It went great with our surf 'n turf!
