Ingredients

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 425
  • combine all ingredients (except butter in a bowl and stir to coat potatoes)
  • put potatoes in a baking dish and put butter pieces on top of potatoes
  • bake for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through and golden
  • stir potatoes occasionally

    great recipe! If you par-boil the potatoes to the point of them just getting fluffy on the outside then into the oven they crisp up better and are nice and fluffy on the inside!

    I loved this recipe. I do roasted potatoes reasonably often but the dill really punched it up. My husband asked me what I did differently because he liked them. It went great with our surf 'n turf!

    OHHH I never should browse recipes before breakfast as this one sure has made me hungry. I got a ton of new potatoes fresh from garden so think this may be on the dinner table tonight. Thanks for the post.
