How to make it

  • In a large heavy saucepan,combine first 7 ingredients over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • In a small bowl,stir flour and wate together to make a paste.
  • Add flour paste to cranberry mixture,stirring very well until mixture thickens.(make just to blend well)
  • Remove from heat.
  • Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to allow flovors to blend.
  • Store in an airtight container in regrigerator.
  • Serve with meat or cream cheese and crackers
  • Makes: About 2-1/2 cups of ketchup
