Ingredients
  • 1 3-4 Ib roast of your choice
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 T onion soup mix
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup wine

Directions
  1. mix all and pour over roast
  2. refrigerate for 24 hours
  3. double wrap in baking pan and bake on 350 deg. for 3-31/2 hrs.
