How to make it

  • Heat the oil,add mustard seeds
  • when they start crackling add cumin seeds
  • Then add thinly sliced onions&green chilly&fry
  • Add grated carrots&curry leaves,saute for a while and then add salt
  • Add the cooked rice&gently mix well.
