Ingredients
  • 2 cups Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Worscheshire sauce
  • 2/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • 2/3 cup Peach Daiquiri Mix
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Coarse grind black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Chipotle, canned, purred

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often to prevent scorching.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool and Refrigerate until needed
