This looks very impressive for a dessert if you don't like to bake.

Ingredients
  • The juice from 2 oranges
  • 4 Tb brandy
  • 2 Tb sugar
  • 5 peaches sliced
  • mixed berries
  • chopped mint leaves
  • creme fraiche

Directions
  1. Add juice, brandy, and sugar to a saucepan and heat on lowest temperature.
  2. Stir and cook until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Pour sauce over peaches.
  5. Top with berries and add mint.
  6. Serve with creme fraiche
