How to make it

  • cut fish into chunks
  • gently fry onions in butter
  • remove and fry fish for a few min- not too long
  • combine sauce ing
  • bring to the boil
  • lower heat and simmer for 10 min.
  • place fish and onions in shallow dish and pour sauce over the top.
  • allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 12 hrs before serving
