This is great as an appetizer or as a main course. Serve with a salad and you are ready to go. Incredibly easy and incredibly easy. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 Italian bread shell
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cut into quarters and cooked
  • 1 cup torn romaine lettuce

Directions
  1. Spread bread shell with mayonnaise then layer with tomatoes cheese and bacon.
  2. Bake at 450 for 7 minutes the top with lettuce and cut into wedges.
