Cranberry And Pecan Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe
This is a very nice chicken dish bursting with cranberry flavor. For those that like cranberries this is a must try.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 package phyllo dough

Directions
  1. Pound flat each chicken breast and brush with cranberry sauce.
  2. Place 4 pecan halves and 1 tablespoon dried cranberries in center of each breast then fold over.
  3. Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
  4. Place breasts in center and fold phyllo around the breasts.
  5. Brush each covered breast with cranberry sauce again.
  6. Arrange on Teflon coated sheet and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
