Cold Veggie Pizza Recipe
Not your usual pizza - this one is served cold, is healthy and very colorful. Every time I make it I am asked for the recipe. Delicious!

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • Spread:
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Topping:
  • Total should be 2 cups.
  • 3-4 T. broccoli
  • 1/3 c. red pepper
  • 1/3 c green pepper
  • 3 T shredded carrots
  • 3 T green onions
  • 3 T chopped mushrooms
  • chopped Mozzarella & chopped Cheddar (as much as you want)

Directions
  1. Crust:
  2. Tear apart the rolls and press into a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Seal seams and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
  3. Spread:
  4. Cream the cheese and mayo, then add rest of the ingredients and spread on crust.
  5. Topping:
  6. Sprinkle veggies over cheese mixture (press lightly into cheese). Top with a mixture of finely shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar. Cut into slices or squares.
