This dish is just great. Goes perfectly with DaVinci Orzo noodles and two Vegs- I like Corn on the cob- do on the grill as well with a green.

Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 Fillet of Salmon
  • Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 Leamon Sliced thinly
  • 3 green onions chopped fine
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon for garnish (optional)
  • 1 cedar wood pank

Directions
  1. Get a cedar wood plank- can find at Ingles or Home Depot (Hey can I get some extra money for the name drops... kidding)
  2. Soak for one hour to 24 hours
  3. Place pank in middle of grill that is med-high heat for 3-5 minutes
  4. Drizzle olive oil completely over the salmon
  5. Evenly coat the entire salmon with the seafood seasoning
  6. Sprinkle onions over filetskin side downon the plank
  7. Turn grill to med-low and cover the lid
  8. Cook 10-15 minutes or until salmon is done
  9. Garnish with fresh sliced lemons
