Chicken- And Spinach Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients

18 Large pasta shells (16 oz package)

1 container (15oz) WHOLE-milk ricotta cheese

1 egg slightly beaten

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Green Giant frozen cut leaf spinach (1 lb bag)- THAWED and Squeezed the water out of it

1 cup Chopped deli Rotisserie Chicken

1 Jar tomato pasta sauce

2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Directions

heat oven to 350F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on box and then rinse with cool water and drain again

Meanwhile, in a med bowl, mix rocotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and chicken

Spread 1cup of the pasta sauce over the bottom of your 9x13 glass baking dish

Spoon about 2 tablespoons ricotta mixture into each shell

arrange shells filled side up in dish

If any remaining sauce is leave put on top of shells

Cover with foil and bake at 30 minutes

sprinkle with cheese and bake UNcovered for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
