red mullet with lavender

- 4 red mullet or snapper shopping list
- scaled, gutted and cleaned shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- marinade shopping list
- 3 tbsp fresh lavender flowers shopping list
- or 15ml dried lavender leaves, coarsely chopped shopping list
- shredded lemon rind shopping list
- 4 chopped spring onions shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- place fish in shallow dish
- mix marinade ing. and pour over fish
- leave to stand in fridge for at least 3 hrs.
- bbq on hot grill for 10 - 15 min turning once
- baste with olive oil
