Lobscows Salad

- 2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced shopping list
- sweet onion to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
- prepared oil and vinegar salad dressing shopping list
- salad greens shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan, cover peas with water. Bring just to a boil over high heat. Immediately drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well.
- In a bowl, combine peas, ham, onion, green pepper and celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together equal amounts of mayonnaise and salad dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add enough mayonnaise mixture to salad to coat well. Cover and chill several hours.
- Serve salad on a bed of salad greens.
