Clam dip

- 1 tin of clams shopping list
- 250 gram package light cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated onion (or equivalent onion powder) shopping list
- 1 tsp finely minced garlic (or equivalent garlic powder) shopping list
How to make it
- soften the cream cheese in the microwave
- mix in the sour cream until smooth
- add juice from the clams to adjust consistency
- season with worcestershire, onion and garlic
- drain clams, mince into smaller bits, then mix into dip
- refrigerate 2 hours or more, until flavours blend
- serve with ruffled potato chips
