How to make it

  • soften the cream cheese in the microwave
  • mix in the sour cream until smooth
  • add juice from the clams to adjust consistency
  • season with worcestershire, onion and garlic
  • drain clams, mince into smaller bits, then mix into dip
  • refrigerate 2 hours or more, until flavours blend
  • serve with ruffled potato chips
