Fresh peaches combined with the perfect ingredients gives this salsa a bright , fresh taste. It is colorful and a delicious addition to ham and grilled meats.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light brown brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapenos (in jar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix all together
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use
