How to make it

  • melt butter in large sauce pan, add onion and saute till soft, add chicken stock, celery, potatoes and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer untill potatoes are tender
  • add evaported milk and creamed corn, simmer untill heated. add salt, and pepper. garnish with parsley
