One Hour Pizza Rolls Recipe


ONE HOUR PIZZA ROLLS Recipe
It says 16 but... we always eat more than one apiece.. These are good with spaghetti and a salad. Whole house smells great.

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 -4 cups flour
  • 2 packages dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
  • 2-4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup or less Parmisian cheese

Directions
  1. In a large bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and seasoning, mix well
  2. In a pan heat milk, water, butter till warm. butter does not need to melt.
  3. Add flour mixture, add egg, blend at low speed till moist. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
  4. By hand stir in the cheese and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
  5. Knead 1-5 minutes. Cover and let rise in a very warm place for about 15 minutes. Punch down, make into 16 rolls.
  6. Dip into butter, then into cheese, place in greased 13x9 pan and let rise for about 10 minutes.
  7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 325. for about 25 minutes.
  8. These smell so good, and taste just as good.
