Praline Ice Cream Bombe Recipe
I really like the flavor of hazelnuts and if you haven't already noticed, desserts are a fav as well. Try this recipe and see if you don't agree.

Ingredients
  • 1 3oz. bar of bittersweet chocolate with hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. milk chocolate pieces, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 2/3 c. hazelnuts, toasted and ground
  • 1/2 cup of toffee pieces
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • Whipped Cream, optional

Directions
  1. Line a 5-6 cup mold with plastic wrap.
  2. Coat wrap with cooking spray and sprinkle in the bottom of the molds with half of the chopped candy bar.
  3. Chill
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, beat whipping cream and melted chocolate until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream, hazelnuts and toffee pieces and remaining chopped candy bar into ice cream.
  6. Transfer to prepared mold. Cover; freeze for several hours until firm.
  7. Just before serving, unmold and slice to serve.
