Cod With Mustard Sauce

- 2 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley ; chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cubic liters water shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 2 pound cod Fillets shopping list
- pepper ; to taste shopping list
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, mustard, parsley, vinegar, water, and salt, and stir well to blend.
- Set aside.
- Lightly flour the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, put vegetable oil over medium-high heat qnd fry the fillets about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
- When fish is done, remove it to a serving dish and keep warm.
- Pour the mustard sauce into the skillet and cook for only about 30 seconds, until it is hot and bubbly.
- Pour over the fish or return the fish to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve at once.
