Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground chuck, brown and drain
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage, brown and drain
  • 1 small head chopped cabbage
  • 6 stalks chopped celery
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
  • 1 (32 ounce) box of beef broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef consomme
  • 1 (14 ounce) can of water
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp garlic juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp The Chefs Miracle Blend, or McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 can drained mushrooms, optional

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients together in a crock pot or large soup pot. Stir
  2. well and simmer for 1 to 2 hours on low, or if in crock pot cook on low
  3. for 6 hours or more.
