Goes really well with lamb, gravy (or bernaise sauce), pickled red cabbage and processed peas

Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • roughly 50 gr. Butter
  • roughly 3 dl. Sugar
  • roughly 1 dl. milk or cream

Directions
  1. Peel and boil potatoes
  2. Sprinkle sugar to form a thin layer evenly on a frying pan
  3. Leave over medium heat until the sugar has melted clear
  4. Lower the heat
  5. Add the butter and stir together
  6. Add the cream or milk and stir well
  7. Add the potatoes and turn them to get an even coat
