This is a magnificent fajita recipe. So many great flavors all in one delightful dish. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds skirt steak
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 firm tomatoes
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Cut skirt steak into small strips.
  2. Chop up remaining ingredients.
  3. Brown steak in butter over medium heat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat.
