Lemon Sticks Recipe

How to make it

  • Roll the lemon well and then slice the top off just so the pulp shows. Cut an "X" into the pulp and insert peppermint stick into it.
  • Use the peppermint stick as a straw to suck the lemon juice through. Squeeze the lemon to get more juice through the stick - if the peppermint stick melts before the lemon juice is gone, get another stick!
  • Really fun for a picnic!

    This is a new one for me, too - but wow, does that sound refreshing on a hot summer day! I'll look for some porous peppermint sticks - gotta try this one!!
