Lemon Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon

1 Red Bird peppermint stick - this is a porous peppermint stick, not hard like a candy cane

Directions

Roll the lemon well and then slice the top off just so the pulp shows. Cut an "X" into the pulp and insert peppermint stick into it.

Use the peppermint stick as a straw to suck the lemon juice through. Squeeze the lemon to get more juice through the stick - if the peppermint stick melts before the lemon juice is gone, get another stick!

Really fun for a picnic!
