Banana Ice cream

homemade ice cream at its best. No need to stir while freezing - quantities can easily be doubled or quadrupled (which I usually do)! I usually use slightly overripe bananas, often on special offer! They have more flavour. Read more Do not use too many really black ones cos they give the ice cream a dull grey look! See less
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas - mashed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 4ozs golden syrup shopping list
- 1/2 pint cream whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together golden syrup and whole egg
- Fold in mashed bananas
- Fold in whipped cream
- Freeze
